Features
Time Clock Tracking
Plow Trackers keeps track of when your employees clock in or out. Giving you an accurate amount of hours worked. You can set it so the have to be at a location to clock in or out. Employees can request updates/changes to their time punch, but only you can change their times.
Site Time Tracking
Plow Trackers keeps track of how much time was spent on each site. Giving you the total man/hours used on that snowfall. Or how long it takes one driver to do a site. It gives you the total cost even if each worker is paid different.
GPS Locations
Plow Trackers keeps the GPS coordinate of where your employee was when he clocked in or out, logged on or off a site and lets you know when he wasn’t in the geo-fence.
Different Pay Settings
Each individual site has it’s own pay scale. Select whether a employee is paid at “Plow Rate”, “Shop Rate”, or “Custom Rate” for each site. Set what a worker is paid when he’s not on site. You can even set a one time pay scale for when he’s doing something special.
Photo Documentation
Photos taken on site are marked with GPS location, time & date, and who took the photo. Easily searchable filtered by site, employee, and date.
Problem Tracking
Problems like equipment failures, scratch and dents or slip and falls can be tracked with photos and descriptions.
Contractor / Sub-Contractor
Ploy Tracker works with you being a sub-contractor for a larger company. I know many of you supplement your plowing by using companies like Divisions. Plow Tracker groups their sites together so you know what you do for each. If they have an app that they want used, you can put the app name and logins on the site info page. Never get that call, “Which app do I use for Kohl’s?” or “What’s our InPosition login?”
Routing Info
Plow Tracker sorts your site by distance. Clicking on the address takes you to your phones default GPS routing app.
Text Updates
You can receive text updates when an employee clocks in or out, logs on or off a site, or reports a problem. Different updates can be sent different or multiple phones. i.e. You can slip and falls sent you, and equipment failures sent to your mechanic.
Scheduling
You can assign a schedule to an employee and have it list the sites not by distance but by the order that he’s to do them.
