My Target Audience?
Small to midsize companies.
The software is made for companies with up to 20 trucks or 60 employees.
Not to say it won’t work for more, I’m just comfortable at that number.
WHAT IS PLOW TRACKERS
Plow Trackers is a web based tracking system for snow plowing companies.
Plow Trackers is “Web” based. No app is loaded on your phone. As long as you know your login and have internet, you can get access to it.
Time Clock Tracking
Plow Trackers keeps track of when your employees clock in or out. Giving you an accurate amount of hours worked. You can set it so the have to be at a location to clock in or out.
Site Time Tracking
Plow Trackers keeps track of how much time was spent on each site. Giving you the total man/hours used on that snowfall.
GPS locations
Plow Trackers keeps the GPS coordinate of where your employee was when he clocked in or out. It marks his log on or off site if he is out of the geo-fence area.
Different Pay Settings
Each individual site has it’s own pay scale. Select whether a employee is paid at “Plow Rate”, “Shop Rate”, or “Custom Rate”
Problem Tracking
Problems like equipment failures, scratch and dents or slip and falls can be tracked with photos and descriptions.
Photo Documentation
Photos taken on site are marked with GPS location, time & date, and who took the photo. Easily searchable filtered by site, employee, and date.
